Submit Urgent TicketMost managed services require your site to be on Dprime hosting. The Malware Cleaner and Hourly Support can apply to sites on other hosts in some cases. Contact us to confirm before ordering.
We take a backup before applying any updates. If an update causes issues, we roll back immediately using the pre-update snapshot. For the Extensive Maintenance plan, updates are tested before being applied to production. You'll never be left with a broken site because of our maintenance work.
Both managed plans can be cancelled at any time via a support ticket. Basic Management ($100/yr) is billed annually. Cancellation applies from the next renewal period. Extensive Maintenance ($150/mo) is billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle.
The $200 Malware Cleaner includes cleanup and security hardening to reduce re-infection risk. However, we can't guarantee a site will never be targeted again, security is an ongoing process. After cleanup, we'll recommend either our Extensive Maintenance plan for ongoing monitoring, or specific steps you can take to reduce exposure.
Standard Hourly Support requests are addressed within one business day. If your issue is urgent (site down, active security incident), mark your ticket urgent and we'll triage immediately. Extensive Maintenance plan clients receive priority response on all support tickets.
