cPanel username and password, or FTP credentials. We use these to access your files and databases. You can revoke access once we are done.

Your domain registrar login
So we can update nameservers when you are ready to go live. If your domain is registered with Dprime, we handle this automatically.

Any specific notes about your site
Custom database prefixes, non-standard paths, staging areas to skip, or specific pages to test. The more detail you give us, the faster we work.
No technical knowledge required.
You do not need to know what a nameserver is or how MySQL works. Share your login details and we handle the rest. If you are not sure where to find something, open a ticket and ask.
WordPress or WooCommerce?
We migrate these every day.
WordPress, WooCommerce, Joomla, Drupal, and most other CMS platforms migrate cleanly. For WooCommerce stores, we pay extra attention to order history, payment gateway settings, and product images.

Standard migrations typically complete within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your credentials. Larger sites or those with many email accounts may take a bit longer. Premium migrations with the express option are handled first and typically complete within 24 hours. We update you by ticket throughout.
Your current hosting login (cPanel or FTP), your domain registrar login for DNS updates, and any notes about your setup. If you are not sure where to find something, open a ticket and we will walk you through it.
WordPress and WooCommerce are the most common migrations we handle. We transfer files, databases, and media libraries. For WooCommerce we verify order history, products, customer records, and payment settings. Joomla, Drupal, Magento, and other platforms are also supported.
Your original site is completely untouched throughout. We work on a copy. If anything does not look right after testing, we fix it before switching DNS. Your live site cannot be affected by a migration issue.
Email accounts including full message history are transferred. Keep your old host active for at least 48 hours after DNS switches. Emails during propagation may arrive at either server, so keeping both active ensures nothing is missed.
We can migrate from most cPanel-based hosts and any host with FTP or SFTP access. Non-standard platforms like Squarespace, Wix, or Shopify may have limitations. Contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible. Custom applications go through Premium Migration.
