Section 1
Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Dprime Hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our hosting services and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dprime Solutions (Reg. 3918274).

Binding Agreement
Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms. If you have questions about any provision, contact us before proceeding.
Section 2
Services Description

Dprime Hosting provides web hosting services including:

  • Shared web hosting with cPanel access
  • Domain name registration and management
  • SSL certificate provisioning
  • Email hosting services
  • Website migration services
  • Technical support services
Section 3
Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at hello@dprimehosting.com. We will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your credentials.

Section 4
Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is due at the time of service activation and upon each renewal period. We accept Whish Money, major credit cards, and bank transfers.

Failure to pay by the due date may result in service suspension or termination as outlined in our Payment Terms.

Section 5
Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosting services, measured monthly. This equates to a maximum of approximately 43 minutes of unplanned downtime per month. Scheduled maintenance communicated at least 24 hours in advance is excluded from uptime calculations.

Full details of uptime credits, response times, and exclusions are available in our Service Level Agreement.

Section 6
Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. This includes but is not limited to illegal content, spam, malware distribution, or any activity that could harm our infrastructure or other customers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for serious violations without prior notice.

Section 7
Data Backup

While we provide automatic backups as part of our service, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups of all data. We recommend keeping independent backups of all important files and databases.

Your responsibility
Our backups are a recovery tool, not a substitute for your own backup strategy. We do not guarantee the completeness or recoverability of any particular backup.
Section 8
Refund Policy

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds on any services once payment has been processed and the service has been activated.

  • Hosting services: non-refundable
  • Domain registrations and renewals: non-refundable
  • SSL certificates: non-refundable
  • Migration services: non-refundable
  • Managed services: non-refundable

If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us at hello@dprimehosting.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.

Section 9
Service Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any activity that threatens the security or performance of our infrastructure. We will attempt to notify you before any suspension when possible.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted from our servers. You are responsible for downloading any data you wish to retain before cancelling your service.

Section 10
Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dprime Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the service in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

Section 11
Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website with at least 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
