Click "Forgot Password" on the Client Area login page. You'll receive a reset email within a few minutes. For cPanel specifically, you can reset it from inside the Client Area under your hosting service settings. No ticket needed.
Log into the Client Area, go to your hosting service, and click "Login to cPanel". You can also access it directly at yourdomain.com/cpanel or yourdomain.com:2083. Use the username and password from your welcome email.
First, check if it's a local browser cache issue, try opening your site in a different browser or from your phone. If it's still down, submit an urgent support ticket immediately. Write URGENT in the subject line. Don't use the contact form for outages; tickets are monitored and prioritised.
Log into the Client Area, navigate to your hosting service, and click "Upgrade/Downgrade". Select your new plan and complete the order. Upgrades are instant, your data stays completely intact and there's no downtime involved.
On the checkout page, select "Whish Money" as your payment method. You will receive a payment request to your Whish Money number. Confirm the payment in the Whish app and your account is activated immediately. Whish Money is our recommended payment method for customers in Lebanon.
Log into the Client Area and go to Billing › My Invoices. All invoices are listed with download links as PDF. If you need a tax invoice with specific details for your business records, you can find it there or submit a ticket and we'll sort it out.
